Sometimes it’s hard work. Sometimes it’s easy. But no matter what, I feel that the work we do here means something. Having worked in both the Flight Department previously and now as the Executive Secretary, I find myself in a distinctive position where I can effectively deal with the clients’ needs pertaining to the organisation, or our business.
